A road closure will be in place at Mill Road, Upper/Lower High Street (including access to Tarrant Street), Maltravers Street/New Cut, London Road during the following times:
Approx. 13:30-14:00 – Procession to St Nicholas’ Parish Church
Approx. 15:00-15:30 – Procession from St Nicholas’ Parish Church
Remembrance Sunday, 10 November 2024
The High Street (Upper & Lower) will be closed between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00 on Sunday 10 November 2024 to allow the Act of Remembrance to take place in the Town Square at 11am.
Please be aware that there will be two loud cannon noises at 11.00am and 11.02am to signify the beginning and end of the two minutes’ silence.
