It’s time to don your litter pickers and hi-vis vests and join in with our next Community Litter Pick, the first one bearing our official status as ‘The Wombles of Arundel’!
Arundel Town Council are proud to now be recognised as an official Wombles Group by The Wombles Community Charity, who are harnessing the unique appeal and powerful message of The Wombles to encourage positive environmental action in local communities and schools across the UK.
We welcome you for as much or as little of the morning as you are able to spare.
We will have a central meeting point in the Town Square, but other meeting points can be agreed as volunteers come on board to tackle other areas of the town.

All equipment provided. We will have a limited supply of Wombles-branded equipment for you to try out, including some very special smaller litter pickers, hoops and hi-vis for our younger Eco-Warriors- first-come, first served!
As usual, we will be running a competition for the most unusual item found with a small prize for the winner.
