Join in all day with events across the town celebrating Arundel’s Bee Friendly Town status, the importance of bees and other pollinators and Arundel’s environment and nature projects!

🎨 Free colouring, craft and activities
🥳 Face-painting by Meadow Arts
🎭 Interactive storytelling with Chris North from 2.30pm

Wildlife & Recycling Day, Norfolk Centre, Mill Road, 10am-4pm
♻️ Bring your recycling to the usual monthly collection for hard-to-recycle plastics, plus glass jars for honey and craft projects and newspapers for Brent Lodge Animal Hospital
🌳 Find out more and get involved with the Arundel Community Orchard, Arundel Green Team and Priory Pocket Park
🦔 Support Arundel wildlife projects – hedgehogs, swallows, swift and house martins – and prints/cards inspired by these birds by local artist Alison Ingram
🎨 Children’s crafts all day, using recycled materials (donations to Arundel Green Team and Arundel Repair Café)
📚 Help Polly from Children Reading for Life choose some picture books to share. Storytelling sessions with a nature theme from 11am-1pm
🚮 Become an Arundel Womble and sign up for our next litter pick
☕ Enjoy tea, cake and juice from the Wild Tea Café (donations to local woodland projects)
🐝 Join in with the Pollinator Monitoring Scheme (PoMS) and find out you can help by volunteering just ten minutes to count pollinators

🗺️ 🐝 Around town
Follow the Arundel Bee Trail around town to find the hidden bees, their secret letters spelling out words and enjoy a goody bag of treats. Maps and goody bags available from the Arundel Bee Project stall in the Pollinators Gardens and Arundel Museum – £2.50 each. Look out for our volunteer ‘worker bees’ who will also be buzzing around town with maps and goody bags!

Join our fabulous traders in the High Street, the Quayside and Jubilee Gardens to browse and buy! From 9am-2pm High Street/Quayside and 9am-4pm in Jubilee Gardens
