Town Hall Manager – Nichola Taylor
Nichola moved from Surrey in February 2023 with her family. In the past she ran her own event company which included 2 showrooms to showcase. Post Covid Nichola has worked in event management and is heavily involved in various charities providing event support.
The Town Hall Events Manager is contracted to work 120 hours a month.

Deputy Town Hall Manager – Laura Mott
Laura joined as Deputy Town Hall Manager in July 2024. She lives locally in Littlehampton with her husband and teenage children. Laura’s family have lived on the same road as Arundel Town Hall since 1925 so she knows the area well. Laura was a wedding and lifestyle photographer for over 10 years.
The Deputy Town Hall Manager is contracted to 75 hours per month..

Town Hall Cleaner – Sergio Podgaiski
Sergio, our hard-working cleaner who keeps the Town Hall clean and safe. Sergio is contracted for 4 hours per week.
