Following concerns from Residents we have been pursuing an answer from the Head Office of Lloyds Pharmacy – please see below their statement to us.
“Lloyds Pharmacy is aware that our Arundel pharmacy has not been able to operate its advertised opening hours on occasions in the last couple of weeks. This was due to the challenging weather conditions and the unforseen occasions when our pharmacist was taken ill on two days last week. We would like to sincerely apologise for any concern or inconvenience this may have caused our patients. We take the privilege to provide pharmaceutical care seriously and are very sorry that patients and customers have been inconvenienced in this way. At Lloyds Pharmacy, we continuously review the service we provide and have appointed a new Manager to the Arundel pharmacy who has a clear focus on providing excellent customer care”
